Water/Wastewater Project Manager Ryan Rangel, P.E. was part of the Groundbreaking Ceremony held at the future site of the Galena Wastewater Treatment Plant where gold-painted shovels were used to symbolically begin to build. Ryan gave a brief overview of the plant's design.
