He is currently a Branch Manager and President. David’s responsibilities include management of design teams, business development, proposal preparation, engineering design, and construction services.

His many years of experience have given McCrone a solid reputation for onsite sewage treatment and subsurface disposal. Kim is the Controller and HR Director at McCrone, bringing over 25 years of experience to the firm’s daily fiscal operations and human resources strategies. With a focus on operational efficiency, she oversees critical functions including financial reporting, payroll, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making. By integrating financial oversight with HR leadership, Kim plays a vital role in safeguarding company assets while fostering a productive, compliant workplace for the firm’s multi-disciplinary team. Outside of the office, Kim is a firm believer in work-life balance and truly enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
