We’re excited to welcome Vladimir Monpremier to our Annapolis office as a Project Manager in our Land Development group!

Vladimir will be managing development projects from concept through construction,
collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team.

Before joining McCrone, Vladimir was a Senior Project Engineer at ARM Group, where he
focused on renewable energy projects—primarily the design and development of large-scale
solar farms throughout Maryland.

He played a key role in civil engineering for the redevelopment of Nick’s Fish House, a well-
known waterfront restaurant and marina in Baltimore.

Vladimir is eager to work on a diverse range of projects and to grow alongside McCrone’s
talented and experienced team.
