Join us in welcoming Ryan Conway to McCrone in our Salisbury, Maryland office as a Design Engineer. Ryan joins McCrone from Vista Design, Inc. where he was a Civil Project Engineer. He brings over seven years of experience in the industry along with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Ryan enjoys seeing everything he plans on paper come to life. He is most looking forward to the diversity of work and increased responsibility his new position at McCrone will bring.

When Ryan isn’t creating grading and stormwater management plans, you can find him spending time with his wife, Kiersten, 13-month-old son, Grayson, and rescue dog, Ripley. On the weekends he enjoys helping out his in-laws with their horses and barn.
