We're excited to welcome Parnia to the McCrone | Hartwell team as our newest Electrical Design Engineer!
In her role, Parnia supports the design and development of electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Her work includes power distribution, controls, and instrumentation — all critical components that help keep essential infrastructure running efficiently and reliably.
Before joining McCrone | Hartwell, Parnia spent over a year and a half as a Research Associate at DC Water, working at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. There, she focused on process optimization and technical analysis, including sludge dewatering research projects. Prior to that, she worked for more than five years as a Control and Instrumentation Engineer in the mining and steel industry, where she designed and implemented control and instrumentation systems for large-scale industrial facilities.
Parnia is excited to apply her strong technical background to real-world infrastructure projects, collaborate with the team, and contribute to high-quality, sustainable water and wastewater system designs.
Outside of work, Parnia enjoys staying active with yoga, swimming, hiking, and Zumba. She also loves baking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about her —
she has a passion for traveling and learning about different cultures, always looking to explore new places and broaden her perspective.
We’re thrilled to have Parnia on board and look forward to the expertise and enthusiasm she brings to the team. Welcome to McCrone | Hartwell, Parnia!
