Join us in welcoming our newest Design Engineer in the Public Works department, Delaney Tedtsen.
Here at McCrone, we have the privilege of hiring team members who are eager to learn and want to make a difference – not just in their community, but in the world. Delaney Tedtsen, our newest Design Engineer in the Public Works department, wants to utilize her skills to do just that.
Delaney decided to build a career in engineering so she could make an impact. Her goal? To help people gain access to clean water. “I have always hoped that my job would be a fulfilling one where I could help people, so I just hope whatever I do, that I am helping others.” Though this wasn’t her childhood dream, juggling ideas of being a pilot or fashion designer, she finally discovered a passion for environmental engineering in college and knew this was her way to help make the world a better place.
You can find her curled up at home reading a book, or out catching a musical show. On her music playlist, you’ll find plenty of musical theater hits, but also some 90’s jams, like TLC’s No Scrubs.
Delaney has been offering a fresh perspective and doing great work on public water and sewer system developments as well as AutoCAD design in multiple projects. Congrats on the next level in your career, Delaney! We look forward to building with you.
